Status Report, and Can I Ask You for a Favor?

So, it’s been a while since I did one of these, mostly because I think many of you were annoyed by me setting up impossible goals and then explaining precisely how and why I failed at them.

I can’t fathom why.

Anyway, I think I took the wrong lesson out of that. I need to communicate with you all, just not do it in a way that induces hair-pulling frustration. In the spirit of such a momentous realization, I’ll say that this week is going to look a bit underwhelming until the very end. Here’s the plan:

- Wake-up Call: This will get updated either today or tomorrow.

- All Right! Fine! I Will Take You!: I’ve been trying to squeeze two updates in a week for a while to make up for my slip-up last month, but I think I’d rather devote as much time as I can to the next chapter, because it’s likely going to be both big and important. It will come before the weekend.

- Christmas Special: here’s the thing, I’ve been preparing two things, one is similar to last year’s and will feature (if I don’t mismanage things) a segment for each of the stories currently updating. This will be posted on the 25th both here and on QQ. The second thing? It will be another original story much in the vein of what I wrote for Halloween. It will be posted here (for free) and on Amazon, also on the 25th. This is kind of the main stressor at the moment, as I want to get things ready in time so that I can give you the Christmas present not that you deserve, but that I can get you. Honestly? You deserve quite a bit more.

If I get things on track, I will squeeze another update from the pending things, most likely the She-Ra one-shot, given it’s already halfway there. Now, as to the favor…

Well, remember when I asked you not to buy the Halloween story on Amazon because I made it for you as a gift? And how I’m pretty sure at least half the sales nonetheless came from you, you heartwarmingly generous readers? Well, I just posted the first Tales from a Lewd Fantasy World for sale, and what I would like to ask you…

Seriously, it’s still a Patreon perk. The series will continue, and I’ll do my best to write the two pending chapters before the month (the year) ends, so there’s no need to buy it, but if you have enjoyed it at all, it would be a great help if you could leave a review or even click on however many stars you think it deserves (sadly limited to five).
