May 23th to 29th Schedule

About last week’s schedule, I didn’t manage to finish either April 17th nor the next Ginosko chapter. I started more or less strong and kinda managed to adhere to my goals, but then, on Thursday, my accumulated fatigue caught up with me. I finished the latest Oregairu chapter on Friday, pushed myself to continue writing Batman, and then spent almost all Saturday just sleeping.
Which must’ve been just what I needed, because on Sunday, I woke up with no symptoms at all, so I’m declaring myself officially cured from COVID. Yay!
Sadly, my anxiety over Zaimokuza’s latest chapter still endures, and it took me until this morning to post it because I kept smashing my head against a wall…
Which leaves me with this week being slightly busier than I had planned for, but well, here’s my (aspirational) schedule:
- Monday: Zaimokuza (done), and working on Wordsworth.
- Tuesday: Finish Wordsworth and Wake-up Call. Post the end of the month polls.
- Wednesday: April 17th (maybe sooner—it’s already partially done).
- Thursday: All Right! Fine! I’ll Take You!
- Friday: Work on Ginosko.
- Saturday: Either work on Ginosko or crash. One of those two.
- Sunday: Zaimokuza’s last chapter (yeah, I won’t get an anxiety attack over that…).
Soooo… That’s it. I hope neither my (recovering) health nor any impromptu family issues will wreck my plans this time around. Speaking of plans, if any of you wants to discuss the direction the fics have been taking, the Discord is sadly neglected, and I think I could benefit from some discussion—if you feel like it! You’re here to have fun, after all.

No, Wake-up Call still has quite a few plot threads to solve, it's just that I sometimes feel I'm lacking the clear direction and focus I had at the start of the story (I just vented about that on the discord). My other weekly fic is actually All Right! Fine! I'll Take You! which is a bit of a harder subject to tackle--Wordsworth was never meant to be weekly, it just chained up a few winning polls and a very generous extra contribution from Evilreadermaximum (other than his generous monthly contribution, I mean). I would say it's already past the halfway point though. EDIT: Sorry, I had in mind something else when answering this and gave too much detail. What I meant in the post is that I would finish the chapters. We are nowhere near a good ending point for the two of them.
