April 16th to 22th Schedule, Poll Results, and changes

Been a while since I’ve written one of these, hasn’t it?

Well, as thoroughly impractical as it would’ve been since the whole medical mess started, I think these help me quite a bit, even if I don’t always manage to adhere to them (for obvious reasons), so let me try and see whether I can make something out of this one. I’m almost recovered from COVID, and the isolation should’ve me stay in my apartment, unable to help my parents for a few days still, so I’ll try to push as much out of the way as reasonably possible before I move in with them to help my father settle after his hospital stay.

So, without further ado:

- Monday: finishing the Zaimokuza chapter I almost managed yesterday (done—I love feasible goals), and finishing the Wordsworth chapter I got started too long ago.

- Tuesday: new Wake-up Call chapter, and possibly finish April 17th’s third chapter.

- Wednesday: Self Insert of the Dead part 5—this time, with actual zombies!

- Thursday: All Right! Fine! I’ll Take You!

- Friday to Saturday: Ginosko.

- Sunday: Zaimokuza’s story taking yet another step toward its end.

Welp, that’s… about it. I’ll try to work on other things if I manage to reach all the stated goals, but this may be hard enough to manage on its own. About the poll results, the Konosuba story won the Plot Bunnies one, and there’s a been a technical draw between Wordsworth and April 17th. As I think I still have accumulated some word count for Wordsworth (that I really should go back and carefully count, because I lost track of it while writing weekly updates), and Batman hasn’t been updated in quite a while (and should reach a satisfactory ending in a few chapters), I finally decided to grant the win to the Caped Crusader and his Panterish Paramour.

(I… may have watched slightly too much Adam West while growing up.)

Anyway! About the changes:

Since this whole thing started, I’ve noticed that there are quite a few people who drop by just a for a single month of support—which is perfectly fine, obviously, and I’m grateful to them, but it has them miss the polls that I (try to) run at the start of the month and are an explicit perk they’ve paid for, so I think that, from now on, I’ll run said polls at the end of the month instead.

This means the next batch of polls will start on the 24th, and will run until the end of the month, so look forward to Konosuba’s next victory and Wordsworth fighting back to reclaim its heretofore undefeated status, only marred by the intromission of an unscrupulous judge.

Also, I’ve been toying with running occasional polls on weeks with a light workload, so… if I ever have one of those, I’ll let you know!
