Casual PJs (mid tier)

The last week has been unexpectedly busy (but in a good way) and as a result I don't have any new costume content for you right now but I DO have this cute pj set someone gifted me so I thought I'd show it to you guys now since i can photograph it quickly enough to still get to bed on time!

Why am I going to bed on time on a Saturday you ask?

That's less positive. My oldest friend is in the midst of a health scare (oncologist doing surgery next week) and it turns out that I can see her tomorrow in Saugatuck so I'm driving over early in the morning (leaving at 6am)

Some of you know that I lost my BFF to cancer in 2020 so I'm kinda sensitive about it, and even tho my friend's outlook is pretty positive (considering) I'm still grabbing every possible chance to hang out with her this summer (even at the expense of doing my actual job - which is you guys!) Thanks for your patience in the schedule chaos.

The way things fall out usually I don't know very far in advance, and I kind of have to jump on the opportunity when it arises. Today for instance I found out it was an option at like 5 pm. So I spent 4 or 5 hours prepping and boxing books (since I need to drop them off in Saugatuck as long as I'm going)

Before I found out that I can see her tomorrow, I had spent my day designing a rose garden, which I'm super excited to tell you about later this week.

So if you're wondering why my content is casual Friday vibes instead of my usual epic cosplay, that's why!
