6 Week Freak - Bodybuilding Cycle

This is an abbreviated version of  what I have been doing the last 12 weeks to prepare for filming. This is a great base for a strength cycle but with a lot more of a hypertrophy focus. GET HUGE!

Great program..put on a little size especially in the back. Any chance you make a macro cycle (12 week) hypertrophy program?

Finished the first week of this. It was really fuckin good. The other 5 weeks look really fuckin good too. I ran into two issues however. I enjoying training 6+ days a week and I really missed deadlifts. So, that lead me to take what I had been doing, taking what I loved about this program and some things I had wanted to implement into my training before I started this program. Thanks Zack!
