Percentages just means one rep max correct? As an example if my 1 rep max is 100kg squat, 75% 5 X 5, means 75 kg 5 sets of 5 reps?

Took me 5 weeks (had to repeat week 4) to get through it all. Follow the percentages or you’ll get destroyed! Great program!!
