Total Beginner 3x/Week Program

This program is for the TOTAL BEGINNER to weightlifting 

Structure: This program has an extensive drill set that tapers off over the four weeks. There is a limited amount of strength work as this is designed to learn the skill of the snatch and clean and jerk. 

Movements: All drills can be found Here  and Here 

Loading and Weight Selection: VERY IMPORTANT - There is not allotted weight percentage on this program therefore you must let MOVEMENT determine load (unless directed to only use the bar). It is important to understand that as a beginner heavy and near maximal lifting WILL NOT help you get better and build beneficial neuromuscular connections. Put the ego aside and learn.

Hey, what does this mean: 3 Sets of 3 + 3 + 3 brabell only?

Since it falls within the snatch technique day I assumed it was talking about the snatch contact drill

If you could point me in the right direction as to a video of a specific “contact drill” you’d like me to do I’d appreciate it
