How to read my programming

This is a big one! Essentially I try to put Percent/reps x sets. UNLESS it is an accessory then it is just sets x reps. There also is other notation that is usually written out and self explanatory.

 The reason I write this way is because load used is most important. Thats why I put it first. Then I put the reps because I feel like it just makes more sense this way (at least for the percentage and weightlifting specific work)

Example (75%/5)*5 or 75%/5 x 5 --- these both read as 75% for 5 reps and do 5 sets of that.

How to interpret (70%/2+1)x4 ? Does +1 here means, increasing the percentage to 80% or so for 3rd rep?
