Hi Zack, my current schedule makes it difficult to train 5 days a week, 4 days is much more manageable. Would it be possible to combine the two days in this program that only have one session for the day or does that defeat the purpose of the program?

Hello Zack. I am currently doing Max Aita's Beginner's Guide to Weightlifting program, and would like to do one of the super compensation, superhuman, or 8 session per week, programs once I am done, which would you recommend?
