phone call animations override

i don’t think this mod could have caused that issue. it’s most likely either a game bug or another phone-related mod. i hope you can figure it out! maybe try testing the interaction without my mod or with no mods at all

thank you! it’s a program called gshade! you can find tons of tutorials on youtube on how to set it up for the sims 4. you’ll also need the preset i use — senshigame 3.0 by simsenshi! ✨

Would you ever consider being able to choose which animation you would like your sims to use? For example, having a female sim use the male sim animation. It would be really nice to make my masculine females and feminine males to sit in a way that makes sense. If it's too much to do I completely understand! Thank you for even making these overrides in the first place they are very well done!

you don’t need the extended phone calls mod for this to work. just to check — was your sim sitting on a chair or couch when using the phone? the custom animation only plays when they’re seated. if they’re standing, the default animation will play instead. also, i'd recommend clearing your game cache — it can sometimes affect how mods show up

i totally get that — i often wish for more freedom with animations too. sadly, i haven’t figured out a way to make mods more flexible in that regard(

Please make a mod for additional sleep animations. Because this is sorely lacking. I want the Sims to uncover themselves during sleep. And not to be completely covered with a blanket. In general, they should be interesting and alive. Try it!

thank you so much for kind words! ❤️ i've tried making a sitting override before, but unfortunately, modding it properly is really complicated. it would either mean reworking hundreds of animations for every action sims can do while sitting or using advanced tools i’m not familiar with. i’d love to make something like this someday since it would improve the game a lot, but right now, i don’t think i’d be able to do it :(

I love your mods! They're 1000 times better than EA's own. Congratulations on the excellent work! ❤️ Here's a suggestion that I think everyone misses: improvements in the way Sims sit. Not everyone sits the same way—for example, women often cross their legs, while men tend to sit more casually with their legs apart. I think it would be great if this kind of detail could be considered. A huge thank you from me! I'll be eagerly waiting for your next releases.

Love this mod the only problem I am facing is that at the end of the call it reset my sims as if I used reset object and last exceptions flags it as an animation error Just tought I would let you know ❤️❤️❤️
