四肢骨折さんの入院日記⑥
Added 2023-01-31 19:49:44 +0000 UTC今日も私は寝たきり状態。両腕と両脚の手術をして、ギプスも新しいのにしてもらったけど、まだまだ痛いし全然動かせない。
右腕は一番太いギプスで固められて、肩から吊られているから、もちろん食事も自分じゃできない。
看護師さんに口に運んでもらってるけど、食べづらいし、赤ちゃんみたいで恥ずかしい。
まだ身体中痛くてたまらないのに、あと少ししたら身体を起こしてリハビリを始めるんだって。車椅子なんてまだ座れる気がしないんだけど…。

I am bedridden today as well. I had surgery on both my arms and legs and got new casts, but it still hurts and I can't move at all.
My right arm was hardened with the thickest cast and hung from my shoulder, so of course I couldn't eat by myself.
I have a nurse carry it to my mouth, but I can't eat it, and it's embarrassing because it looks like a baby.
My whole body is still in excruciating pain, but when my body starts to recover a little more, I'll start rehabilitation. I don't feel like I can sit in a wheelchair yet...
