I think, personally, it all comes down to motivation. All three yokai had tragic lives and deaths. Who’s to say which is the most tragic? But both Turbo Granny and Acrobatic Silky were trying to protect something as Yokai. Granny was protecting the souls of the abused and murdered girls, and however misguided, silky was “protecting” Aira. Evil eye just wants to kill every human. Maybe they can reason with him eventually, but for now i also think it probably would have been best to end him.
