Livestream on Sunday!
Added 2018-08-31 17:29:50 +0000 UTCHi everyone! The new semester is about to begin, and I am SO not ready for it. This semester I'm teaching 1 class at Boston University, "Magic in the Ancient World." I'm also designing online courses for the Religious Freedom Center in Washington DC. I'm trying to finish my dissertation, AND I have twice-monthly videos planned between now and January 1st. I'll probably be pulling 60-hour work weeks to accomplish all this. But I like being busy, so there's that.
To celebrate the launch of a new semester, join me on Sunday night (Sept 2) at 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time for a livestream. Let's chat about religion, life, the universe, and everything.

2018-09-02 08:19:10 +0000 UTCThis Saturday my small isolated university town officially went from its typical state of being a summer ghost-town to an influx of a couple thousand students and their parents all wearing purple that seemed to have filled the dorms, apartments, and houses to the brim within less than 24hrs. I thankfully have managed to avoid any involvement in frosh/orientation week activities, (and I'm definitely not a party person) so I'll finally be able to make it to be active in the livestream.
