I was similar to your feelings of Sketchy and Skeezy, I enjoyed some moments with them but for the most part, the episodes they were in never really did it for me apart from 1. I usually just found those episodes boring for the most part so I agree. I could be wrong but I think after this episode, they are only in 1 or 2 more episodes with them from what I looked up. In s4, episode 10 called Frenemies has them in it, however this was the episode that I actually enjoyed with them but of course that could be different for you and in s5 episode 7 called Doc's Stoned History also has them in it so you don't need to worry about them too much after this. If you do decide to skip those episodes, I don't think you will be missing much. I hardly remember the episodes with them in it so I don't think those episodes matter that much.
