Truly one of my favourite episodes of the entire show especially when Tony is acting out both prosecutor & defence roles in front of Gibbs, and then his reaction. This whole episode showcases the genius of the crew and the cast.

2025-09-28 14:45:14 +0000 UTCHow did I feel when I first watched this episode? That was 19 years ago, and I have watched it several times since then, so I have no idea. Kind of why I'm watching GreyWolf react to it. It's a hoot knowing what is coming and seeing a reaction. The agent Gibbs talks to that says "Lateral move to the recreation sector" was the IRL NCIS Director who retired in 2005. School Night: Yeah, I say it too, though I think it has to do with this episode. Question: Abby, and Tony in the previous episode, being held at knife point. Does it hit harder knowing that they killed Kate vs when Tony was at knife point at the end of Chained and Gibbs was "shot" at the end if Split Decision?
