She is a legend in the music industry: has been singing and acting for more than seven decades, starting as a child entertainer on BBC Radio during the Second World War as well as recording 45 albums in five languages.

It seems that Petula Clark and Tom Jones have never performed together on stage or on record. However, they have some connections in their musical careers, they both recorded songs written by Tony Hatch and Jackie Trent, and they both sang “Why Can’t I Cry”. They also appeared on each other’s TV shows in the late 1960s and early 1970s. :)
