2023-01-22 07:45:03 +0000 UTCYour face was hilarious watching Snoop talk. Her Baltimore accent is tough... but trust me many of the Baltimore natives from the ghetto sound like that. They draw out their words crazy instead of just saying "Use" they say "Uuusse". You'll get use to it though.

2023-01-22 01:25:45 +0000 UTCYeah, a lot of the more minor characters are authentic people from around Baltimore too, also the guy who played Prop Joe as far as I recall was a local theater organizer for kids so he was involved in finding and coaching the kids here. Snoop herself was actually a convicted felon in real life. I think the story was that MIchael K Williams (Omar actor) met her in a club and thought shed be good for the show.
