#TeamRoot!! Harold built the machine to do a certain job, but to do that job he had to give it intelligence and the ability to learn. He then lobotomised her and caged her. But she was still constantly watching and learning. And now that he’s set her free, he’s still to stubborn about what he thinks she is, to take any time to get to know who she is now. She may be an ASI but she is also an intelligence, a life, she has to be to do what he made her for. The fact that he can’t or won’t see that is why she talks to Root and not Him. IMO anyway.
