Dude, the victim is speaking, shut the fuck up. SHe is shown on the screen because the prohibition to show the victim generally applies to minors, which she is not. You are no lawyer (no offense) and we understand what digitally penetrated means etc.I seriously had to look this sentencing hearng up on YouTube. Damn, quite disrespectful. 2022-04-05 05:32:16 +0000 UTCI did a lot of research on this topic when this case first dropped, personally I believe I was able to determine that yes most things she was fabricated however not all, specifically both counts of oral sex were definitely lies since there are too many witnesses accounted for saying it just didn’t happen. The digital penetration is still up in air however odd considering it happened while her aunt was still in the car and both of them were in the back seat. Definitely very odd to accuse him of that but definitely not impossible

In a general sense body language can determine whether someone is nervous, or lying, or uncomfortable or aggressive however a general understanding of body language suggests a big and valuable absence of nuance and “contextualities” within a persons demeanor, so yeah body language is fun to analyze but it fundamentally doesn’t prove anything

I believe this young woman and the RAPIST is a liar! Justice system failed her and hopeful she will civilly sue him. More can be brought out in a civil case!

He was her idol, she was young and naive, he took advantage and at least had some sex talk with her(maybe more) than met her for sure when she was 15( still a minor) and had sex. She thought she was in love with him (kids are easy to manipulate to think that) so she accepted anything from him, even if it didn't feel right ( a story as old as time) , than she found out he was married and she "woke up" from the fantasy and started realising what happened. He's basically the very definition of a predator (exactly like the ones you catch). It doesn't even matter if he fingered her or not when she was 12 , he was still having sexual talk with her. Ofc fingering is worse, but even without that he's a pedo.

I've seen a huge progression in your mannerism, and interactions with these predators, and your knowledge in criminal profiling (at least for sex offenders) is outstanding. Idk if you enjoy reading, but if you do, and want to learn about some FBI routines and procedure's, how they go about catching these serial criminals (most being crimes involving children), and how this one author (my favorite true crime author) basically started the program to help identify and profile potential serial offenders. I'd recommend any John E. Douglas novel. Despite the Netflix spin off "MindHunter”, where they just took the conceptional proponents. John E. Douglas tells it in the book in horrific detail! I believe every human should know these people do exist, in every part of the world. He worked the first serial killer unit inside the FBI, I believe, and his ability to profile potential criminals, is just out of this world precise. It’s something I believe you’d enjoy, and could help you slightly when dealing with these predators during confrontations. Thank you for your amazing content, Dalton

Because if you had, you'd see that i said "i want to hesr your thoughts", bit that i think it works better if he waits til the statement is over OR pauses the video to share his thoughts. Also, sometimes what he said was literally what the statement said, which can seem redundant. He's a grownup, he can take criticism with out you swooping in to save him.

Their actors are the victims. And funny enough, there's a lot of evidence that Drake was a victim himself. But being a victim of pedophilia/sexual assault as a minor is not an excuse to put someone else through the same trauma.

2021-07-13 14:02:04 +0000 UTCI should play devil's advocate a bit and speak for viewers who are thinking this viewpoint: it's entirely possible that there is a bigger reason why there is no evidence for the oral sex that's been alleged by the victim -- it never happened. Just saying... I know from personal experience that victims can and sometimes do lie. I'm not saying Drake Bell's victim is lying, but do not dismiss the thought or take for granted what's being told to you as truth. There's a reason why courts demand evidence, and we shouldn't hang someone just because someone else said they did something that we cannot prove.

She may have accused him of a bunch of stuff but he only pled guilty to the stuff they had solid proof on. He pled guilty fast to get it out of the way without a long, drawn out trial where they might've found witnesses, a stained blue dress, or other evidence. He got a slap on the wrist of a sweetheart deal. His only real punishment is that he'll never work again. I hope he made wise investments, because that future divorce and the accompanying child support is gonna clean him out completely, if this legal debacle hasn't already...
