Another series I think you would enjoy and find interesting is Raised by Wolves from HBOmax. It's made by Ridley Scott and has the same general tone and vibe of the Alien franchise.

2020-10-07 01:16:34 +0000 UTCDefinitely one of my favorite episodes! I held back all day so I could enjoy this at home after work. I always love it when people recognize Elizabeth Mitchell from Lost (Julia?). It always makes reactors smile and that is just great because as you say, the acting is top notch on the Expanse. I recall that it took me several viewings to understand that the initial save by the Roci (Contorta) was by exploding two torpedoes in front of the UNN torpedoes locked on the Razorback, this diverted them with the brightness of the explosion so they in turn exploded on the torpedoes like they were now the targets. Then the Roci had to deal with being fired upon and then finally: the Wild west move!! So awesome! The excitement doesn't let up.

2020-10-07 00:38:44 +0000 UTCGreat reaction! You don't see those space gymnastics in BSG or Trek. Anna is a great addition - now the SG has the devil in one ear and an angel in the other. It's going to get interesting. She also represents the only type of pastor that I respect in that her focus is on social activism rather than on preaching and proselytising.
