Yeah, can't wait for this season to up the ante. Really enjoyed what I think is this series' most overt nod to the horror genre. Also, lots of parallels between this episode and what is widely held as John Carpenter's last great film, "In the Mouth of Madness". A small New England town that is impossible to escape, people mutating into weird abominations, multiple irises, etc. Good stuff. Check out the the movie. It's the final film in Carpenter's "Apocalypse" trilogy after "The Thing" and "Prince of Darkness".

2020-06-17 04:30:18 +0000 UTCHere it is!! Man i've been waiting for this one for a while, this episode has a special place in my heart and that ending scene, good stuff is about to come. I just love everything about this episode, the tone, the settings, the conversations between the characters especially the one between Peter and Olivia . I also adore how much you are into this season and all the theorizing that you're doing, the next few episodes are gonna blow your mind i'm sure.
