SPOILERS: Since Wolf has now completed the series, except for "Razor".... Actually we don't know which Six that is, as far as I know. I don't know if the writers have comfirmed it. There's more than one possibility out of the Sixes we know individually. Caprica Six is absolutely possible, but it's also possible, given the time frame, for this to be Shelly Godfrey. She was very distressed to leave Galactica and we don't know where she ultimately went, where she downloaded to. Cylon fleet it seemed, but she could have gone back to the Caprica colony. She was feeling things for Baltar too, she couldn't help it.

If I remember right it was directed by Edward James Almos :) The reason Six looked so distressed at the end of the ep is because she was in love with Baltar, remember they had a relationshi before Caprica fell, remember she went back and saved his life...
