The flame is basically a different universe version of the Super Serum. It made Steve Rogers awesome cuz he was a compassionate badass. The flame helped Lexa unite 12/13 warring clans cuz she was badass personified. Out of all the previous commanders only she wanted to unite instead of fight. This season truly hurt my soul with Lexa and Lincoln

2020-02-10 13:27:34 +0000 UTCthe flame is passing the knowledge, but as Titus said: deepens what's already there, that's cause the flame "reads" persons mind and provides it with info/data accordingly, in another words: the flame "answers" on questions that mind in control is "asking", that's why it happens that Commander can know things about something he/she discovered this moment for the first time, like having knowledge about things you couldn't imagine 5minutes ago, and ofc there is that standard info package that the flame is passing to everyone
