2019-12-10 18:25:25 +0000 UTCWhen Octavia made the distraction, they should the sniper and the background looked like dense woods. Thats probably when he had a site on them. Then when they find him in the snowing mountains I think he was changing position and saw he was being followed and decided to post at that position. That what I think at least. Loved the reaction!!

2019-12-10 17:34:30 +0000 UTCwhen Lexa turned to look down on tondc and smoke..maybe that was not close to sniper(or his exact position)..they were taking way around and up to hill(on right side somewhere in that scene) to find him..it look like he is too far - I agree..so..this is my explanation 🤔
