October 2023 reward

I talked to the Tapas manager, and we decided to move the launch of SAH to December because I'm not confident about the number of buffers I've created, and I don't want to launch unprepared again. I really want to maintain a weekly schedule, and I think that's the best approach for us to take.
I got busy preparing for the launch of IDAP, which is on November 3. After that, I'll be able to breathe again, and my schedule will be more relaxed, and I'll make up for the months I missed.
