MultiLFO updated to 1.0.9

Just updated my MultiLFO device, following some suggestion from the greatly creative Laury, here are the new things:
- Allow self modulation: now any of the 3 LFOs can be mapped to any parameter of the same LFO or another one, this way frequency, amplitude, offset and any other param can be controlled by one of the LFOs
- I've improved the smooth parameter that was a bit too aggressively smoothing, and switched it from linear smoothin to logarithmic one for a more natural effect
- replaced the follower that was linear as well by a logarithmic one, closer to amplitude variations
