For reasons that are still unclear to me, the release date has been moved up from August to July 15th. I'm told by my publisher that it may have to do with the demand for the book, that maybe its first printing is already selling well online and to stores? Also, a little bit of insider trading here: I've been told that the price may increase with the second printing. Who knows how the publishing industry works! Why is it so mysterious? Why is it so seductive?
