Moving

Hey!
We're in the process of moving to Montréal from southern Ontario (Tuesday is the big day!) so I've been pretty distracted for the past few weeks. I think the last frame above is more detailed because I was drawing it idly while repeatedly flipping through my mental checklist of things that need to get done.
I'm bouncing back and forth on being excited and being sad with this move, but I don't need to explain moving to you, haha. I'll try to settle in quick to get ready for Falsetober next week! I'm going to paint something for every day of October like I have in previous years, but I'm switching up the format this year. We'll see how it goes!
I want to thank you all so much for providing stability in my life. I'm incredibly fortunate to have such a supportive readership, and I'm grateful to have this venue to share comics! Thank you.
Also! If anyone knows the good birding spots in Montréal (or where the nice bird-people hang out), let me know!

2021-09-26 05:27:01 +0000 UTCI second this! There's a part of that parc (in lasalle) that's a bird sanctuary, so lots of ducks and herons, cormorants, i even saw a black crowned night heron there once.

I don't know where the good birding is at, but once it's safe if you like films at all the Fantasia film festival is something I miss attending quite a lot. Good luck with your move, thanks for the excellent birds despite the stress of a pending move!
