anyone else having trouble with printing the grow spike. ive printed the wedge with no problem, but for some reason the spike is giving me issues. i watched it and have noticed that after the first or second layer of the square in the center it moves off to the left and starts something then moves back. only thing is the nozzle is too high at that point and the filament is not sticking to anything. anyone else run into this?

Hello, I believe hoocho addressed this in the welcome email when you join the Patreon. All the files are found in the most recent files link (most recent post) all of the old folders are obsolete and are no longer being used.

Is Hoocho responding to these posts or are they going unanswered? If he is responding directly, it would be nice if the responses were published so we could all benefit.

Nevermind, I just found the video again: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dT0_9G7IYBI

Hi @Hoocho, glad to finally be able to sign on as a patron. Thanks for all you are doing to inspire us to grow our own. Just a quick question, do you have a list of recommended printing settings for each item or an overall recommended set of settings? I'm just about to have a bash at doing a set of growth spikes and was just wondering as I'm very new to 3D printing.

Hello, I just became a member solely to download these Grow Spike files. However, it says that the file is empty? How do I proceed?

Ender 3 pro mate. Have a look at my ender 3 video for recommendations on upgrades

Mitchell Tomkins

Hi Hooch. You still using the Ender 3 Max Neo? Or is there another machine you would recommend since the review video you put out? New to the 3d printing world and all seems a bit complicated for my brain so I think it will help to stick with what you use as I only plan on using the printer for your files. Cheers!

Also, If printing more than one use brim adhesion

Mitchell Tomkins

No infill required, .4mm nozzle.

Mitchell Tomkins

What infill % and print nozzle size would you recommend to print the grow spike using PETG?

Sam Day

These are awesome, thank you for sharing!
