LMAO YOUR FREAK OUT TO WARWICK SAYING POWDER SIUKJDFSDBUJFHG. Amazing, lol. Beyond that bomb, the things I think leap to the forefront of my mind about this episode are... Ambessa's style of leadership, Caitlyn's rebound, and Jinx's whole deal. Really, REALLY big episode for Jinx, wow. But despite certainly not agreeing with most all of Ambessa's decisions, what I very much CAN say is that I strongly can give her respect and kudos for standing at the front lines in front of her own soldiers when facing conflict. Like, the woman certainly ready to fall on her own blade if it comes to that and puts her money where her mouth is. I can respect that, ahahah. That battle mask is SUCH a look. Caitlyn... I very much feel like the audience is Supposed to feel upset and "betrayed" by her now striking up a relationship with fellow enforcer Maddie. Like... in a really interesting way, it feels like it's overtly Intended to make a viewer upset and toy with them and make them struggle with what they feel about her and her current role in the story, I don't know. It very much strikes me as a total rebound relationship. Though, I suppose to be fair... Cait and Vi genuinely only knew each other for a few days, MAYBE a few weeks with the passing of time as they stormed Zaun together in episodes 2-3 of this season. So while it feels like a huge betrayal to an audience viewpoint, if you are correct and the time skip was around six months... it does feel reasonable for her to have since found comfort in someone else while trying to get over that soured could-have-been relationship. I'm still hella mad though, LMAO, I just wanted Cait and Vi to be happyyyyy XD And then Jinx... I will speak more on her arc here in the broad sense later when I can chatter about episode 5-6 as well, but there's just something so special about that sequence in this episode where all of the rescued prisoners touch her shoulder in acknowledgement of her on their way out. That top-down shot of Jinx as they all flow past her like water, nodding their heads at her all the while... and her widened eyes as it finally dawns on her just how much she MEANS to these people, to this whole city... oughhhh it hurts SO good. It gives me strong vibes of that scene in one of the Hunger Games movies where Katniss visits a bunch of folks in a field hospital and finally realizes just how much of a revolutionary, inspiring symbol she's become to all of Panem's districts, and is just... intensely sobered by that. I love that scene so much, and I feel like it's something that's uniquely healing for Jinx, to finally be Needed by someone (a lot of someones, at that!) in that way.

Answering your question 11 or so minutes into the reaction- not gonna lie, I was SUPER thrown off at first by the time jump in this episode XD It's the sort of thing where I've only come around to go "yeah, okay, fair enough, I see what they're doing" upon rewatch via reactions, ahahah. I'll probably ramble a bit more as I think of things and watch further.
