今月の支援金の使途、リクエスト作品や今年の振り返りのお話をさせていただき、今月の御礼に代えさせていただきたいと思います(^^)

【１２月の支援金の使途について】

１２月の支援金は、

①ロジクールipad用マウス

②EWIN iPad用薄型キーボード

③iclever iPad用テンキー

④マンガのマンガ～初心者のためのマンガの描き方ガイド～

⑤NovelAI diffusion tablet プラン

の5点に充てさせていただきました(^^)

①〜③については、全て作業効率アップのため購入させていただきました。

①マウス②キーボードは、「ストーリー」の作業効率アップのために購入させていただきました。

今まではiPad画面上のキーボードを指で操作していたのですが、しばしば時間を取られてしまい毎回アワアワ(O_O;)してしていたので、導入してみよう!と思った次第です。

③のテンキーは「イラスト」の創作効率アップのために購入いたしました。

私が使用している描画ソフト「クリスタ」には、ペンや消しゴム、拡大・縮小機能など、多くの機能があります。創作時間中は、それらの機能を手動で切り替えて対応していたのですが、切り替え作業が結構大変で、「なんとかならないかなぁ(^^;)」と常々思っていたところ、「左手デバイス（今回のテンキーです）を導入すれば、作業効率がアップするよ！」という動画を見たのをきっかけに、今回購入させていただきました。

いずれも使ってみた感想ですが、「なんでもっと早く購入しなかったんだろう(O_O;)」と思うほど良かったです！

④マンガのマンガ～初心者のためのマンガの描き方ガイド～は、その名の通り、マンガの描き方を学ぶために購入させていただきました。

漫画形式はやりたいなぁと思いつつ、まだまだ自分には描けないなぁと思ってたものだったのですが、今月ふと、少しだけでも齧っておきたいと思い、熟慮の末、購入させていただきました。

実はこの決断は、NovelAiちゃんの登場に関係あります。

もう画力面ではNovelAIちゃんには、当機の性能ではどうあがいても追いつき追い越すことはできない(O_O;)と痛感したのがキッカケです。

「うぐぐ…」と苦しんでいるなか、ふと「メイドインアビス」という漫画が思い浮かびました。

私が大好きな漫画なのですが、舞台設定・キャラクターそのほか全てが複雑に絡み合っていて、今のNovelAIちゃんでは表現できないもので、Novel AIちゃんに少しでも並べるとしたら、こういう漫画表現やキャラクターの魅力であったりとか世界観の部分かなぁとおもっています。少しずつ学習していきたいと思っています。

最後に、⑤NovelAI diffusion tabletについてです。

先月まで最上位プランである「opus」プランへ加入していましたが、今回はグレードを一番下に下げて加入しました。

先月まで数千枚出力していましたが、今月は作画資料やイラストの練習のために、100枚程度出力したのみです。枚数は格段に少なくなりましたが、その一枚一枚が技術向上につながっていると実感しています。

作業効率追求のための機器や技術書の購入が、無理なくできるのもマスターの皆様のご支援に他なりません。

【有償リクエスト作品の振り返りについて】

マスター兼リクエスト主様、改めてリクエスト感謝申し上げます。

リクエストで「壊れたマッキーナちゃん」という依頼文があったのですが、

「どこまで壊れているか」の指定がなかったので、ぎりぎり形を保てるくらいまで

壊してしまいました(^^;)

めちゃくちゃ壊してしまった後、pixivリクエストの規約変更のアナウンスがあり、少しマイルドな表現に変えたほうがいいのかなぁ・・・と差し替えも検討し、実際少し描いてみたのですが、「過激派メカバレ系ユーチューバー」であるマッキーナちゃんらしさが失われてしまうことに気付いたので、そのまま投稿することにしました。

リクエスト処理中もpixiv運営様からNGが入ったらどうしよう・・・と戦々恐々としていたのですが、無事に審査に通りホッとしました。

「USB接続によるハッキング」や「電子頭脳の浸水破壊」など、今までにないシチュエーションのオンパレードで描いていて楽しかったです！

ちなみに今回の投稿なのですが、なんとR-18Gランキング４９位に入ったようです!ランキング入りは自分には縁のないもの・・・と思っていたので、49位という順位ながら素直に嬉しいです。

【PSDプランの新設について】

本日、PSDファイルが利用できるプランを作成いたしました。

PSDファイルについては、特典…というよりは、＋アルファでご支援頂いているマスターへのちょっとした気持ちです。

以前お伝えした通り、10月まで基本3つのプランを今まで設定していたのですが、全て同じ内容でした。にも関わらず、上位プランでご支援頂いたマスターも複数いらっしゃり、長らく何か御礼ができれば…と思っていたところでした。

PSDファイルという、皆様にとって需要があるか不明なシロモノ(O_O;)なのですが、今の私が、無理なく用意できそうなモノはこれくらいしかなく、あくまで特典というよりチョットした気持ちになります(^^;)

今回は、「マッキーナちゃんUSB接続」のPSDファイルです。

【2022年の振り返りについて】

2020年が14作品、2021年が34作品、そして2022年は40作品（FANBOX限定公開作品含む）投稿することができました。

年末にかけては「AIちゃん登場」や「リクエストやFANBOXの規制」など、今後の創作活動影響が大きい話が突然出てきて、戸惑うことも多かったのですが、今に至っては色々考え直すきっかけができて、ある意味良かったのかな(^^;)と思ってます。

今回最後の投稿となったマッキーナちゃんですが、昨年初めて登場した時と今年を比較すると、だいぶ顔が変わっていました(O_O;）

How December's donation will be used

December's donation will be used for

(4) Manga no manga - a guide for beginners on how to draw manga

We have allocated for the following 5 items (^^)

All of the items (1) to (3) were purchased to improve my work efficiency.

The mouse (1) and keyboard (2) were purchased to improve the work efficiency of "Story".

I used to operate the keyboard on the iPad screen with my fingers, but it often took up too much time and I was always in a hurry (O_O;), so I decided to try it out! So, I decided to introduce it!

I purchased the numeric keypad to improve the efficiency of my "illustration" creation.

My drawing software "Crysta" has many functions such as pen, eraser, enlargement/reduction function, and so on. During my creative time, I had to manually switch between these functions, but the process of switching between them was quite difficult, and I always wondered if I could do something about it (^^;). I was inspired to purchase this device after watching a video that said, "If you install a left-hand device (the numeric keypad in this case), it will improve your work efficiency!

I've used both of them, and they were so good that I wondered why I didn't buy them earlier (O_O;)"!

4) I purchased Manga no Manga - A Beginner's Guide to Drawing Manga, as the name suggests, to learn how to draw manga.

The manga format was something I had wanted to do but thought I wasn't ready to draw it yet, but this month I suddenly decided I wanted to take a bite out of it, and after much deliberation, I made the purchase.

Actually, this decision is related to the appearance of NovelAi.

I realized that I could never catch up with NovelAI in terms of image quality, no matter how hard I tried with the performance of this machine (O_O;).

While I was suffering from "Ugugu...", I suddenly thought of a manga called "Made in Abyss".

I love this manga, but the setting, characters, and everything else is so intricately intertwined that NovelAI can't express it now. I would like to learn it little by little. I would like to learn little by little.

Lastly, I would like to talk about (5) NovelAI diffusion tablet.

I had subscribed to the "opus" plan, the highest grade plan, until last month, but this time I have subscribed to the lowest grade.

I used to output several thousand sheets until last month, but this month I only output about 100 sheets for practicing drawing materials and illustrations. Although the number of sheets has become much smaller, I feel that each sheet is leading to improvement of my skills.

That is all.

It is only with the support of our masters that we are able to purchase equipment and technical books to pursue work efficiency without any difficulty.

About the Review of Paid Requests

Thank you once again, Master and Requestor, for your requests.

I received a request for a "Broken McKinna-chan".

I was not given a specific "how much is broken", so I just barely managed to keep the shape of it.

I broke it down to the point where it could just barely keep its shape.

After I broke it so badly, there was an announcement that the terms and conditions of pixiv requests had changed, and I wondered if I should change it to a milder expression... I considered replacing it and actually drew it a little, but I realized that it would lose the "radical mecha-busting YouTube star" character of Makkina-chan. I thought about replacing it and actually tried to draw it a little, but I realized that it would lose the "radical mecha-baring YouTube star" character of McKinna.

During the request process, I was dreading what I would do if pixiv management rejected my request, but I was relieved to hear that it passed the screening without incident.

It was fun to draw a parade of situations that I had never drawn before, such as "hacking through USB connection" and "flooding destruction of electronic brains"!

By the way, this submission was ranked 49th in the R-18G ranking! I had thought that ranking was something I had no connection to, so I am honestly happy to have been ranked 49th.

[About the establishment of the new PSD plan

Today, we have created a new plan that allows the use of PSD files.

Regarding PSD files, it is not a benefit...but rather a little feeling for the masters who have been supporting us with + alpha.

As we told you before, we had set up three basic plans until now until October, all with the same contents. Despite this, there have been several masters who have supported us with the higher plan, and we have long wanted to do something to thank them....

I am not sure if there is any demand for PSD files (O_O;), but this is the only thing that I can prepare without any difficulty, so it is more of a small feeling than a benefit (^^;).

This time, it is a PSD file of "Macchina-chan USB connection".

In addition to the "Mackinacchan PSD file," the master/requestor who requested Mackinacchan this time also received this "USB connection PSD file" as an additional gift.

We have also sent this "USB connection PSD" as an additional gift to the master/requester who requested "McKinna-chan"! Please check it once again.

About the review of 2022...

We were able to submit 14 works in 2020, 34 works in 2021, and 40 works in 2022 (including FANBOX limited release works).

Toward the end of the year, I was often perplexed by the sudden appearance of AI-chan and the restrictions on requests and fanboxes, which had a great impact on my future creative activities, but now that I have had a chance to rethink things, I think in a way it has been a good thing (^^;).

This is the last time I will post about McKinna-chan, but her face has changed a lot compared to when she first appeared last year and this year (O_O;).

I sincerely feel that it is thanks to your support that McKinna has become a little prettier than before, and that I have been able to make all the other characters in the show prettier as well.
