今月は少し投稿ペースが落ちてしまいましたが、その代わりにイラストとじっくり向き合う時間ができたため、今後につながる有意義な月になったかな…と思ってます。

では、今月の支援金の使途についてお話しし、今月の御礼に代えさせていただきたいと思います(^^)

【11月の支援金の使途 その１／　書籍】

１１月の支援金ですが、

・「絵が上手くなる５つの習慣（著／ 焼 まゆる先生）」

・「Novel AI diffusion Opusプラン（最上位プラン）」

の購入費用に充てさせていただきました。

まず、「絵が上手くなる５つの習慣（著／ 焼 まゆる先生）」ですが…

この本・・・すごくいいです！！

以前購入させて頂いた、斎藤なおき先生の「イラスト最速上達法」で、絵を最速で上達させる方法は、

「理想のイラストレーターの方の絵柄でオリジナル作品を描く」

というものだったのですが、具体的にどうやって書いていいのかわからず、見よう見まねで「こんな感じかな？」「これでいいのかな？」とずっと悩みながら創作をしていました。

それで最終的に、「これくらいでいいかな？」となんとか自身を納得させる・・・ということをここ数か月繰り返していまして…(^^;)

ですが、今回購入させていただいた書籍は、どうすれば理想の絵に近づけるかを言語化してくれて、やっとイラスト上達の道筋が見えた気がしています。

私が求めていたイラスト上達の秘訣・・・それは・・・

「描き方を決める！」というものでした。

例えば、「まつ毛の描き方」だけでも

・うえまつ毛の向きは？

・まつ毛の形状は？

・したまつ毛の有無は？

・反射光は？

・まぶたは描く？描かない？

・白目の陰はぼかす？ぼかさない？

・ハイライトは入れる？その色は？　…その他多数のetc　　

等々、考えることは色々あって、「こういうこと全然考えてなかったな(O_O;)」と

読んでいる最中は反省しきりでした。

もう少し頑張れば、次なる景色が見えてくる・・・ような気がしています。

ぽんこつな電子頭脳のため、novelAIちゃんと比べて成長速度がかなり遅いですが、引き続き、生暖かく見守っていただけると嬉しいです(^^;)

【支援金の使途その２ ／　Novel AI diffusion加入】

今月も支援金でNovelAI difussion Opusプランに加入させていただきました。

理由は構図やメカバレの機械学習のためです。

先月から今月にかけて８０００枚ほど出力し、今後、私の作品に参考になりそうな「これは…！」というものは保存させていただきました(^^;)

色々試してみてわかったのですが、最初は「なんでも描ける！新型えーあい NovelAIちゃん」登場！と思っていたですが、実は苦手なことも結構あるとわかってきました。

誰が出力しても絵柄がちょっと画一的とか、指定した構図がなかなかでなかったりとか、意図しないモノが出てきてしまったりとか…

私と同じく、NovelAIちゃんも苦手なことがあるんだなぁと、ちょっと親近感を感じたりしています。

作画資料はかなり揃ったので、来月からは加入は引き続きするものの、プランを落として対応しようと考えています。

novelAIちゃんの登場や、FANBOXの規制？など、結構ココロ揺さぶられることが最近は多いのですが、できるだけ平常運転で明るくやっていきたいと思っています(^^)

私が作品を投稿し続けられるのも、前向きに上達を目指せるのも、マスターの皆様をはじめとして、私の作品を閲覧して頂いている全ての皆様のおかげです。

Use of November's donation: Book 1

Five Habits to Become Better at Drawing (written by Mayu Yaki)

Novel AI diffusion Opus plan (top of the line plan)

The money was used to purchase "Novel AI diffusion Opus plan (top plan)".

First of all, "5 Habits to Become a Better Artist" by Mayuru Yaki is....

This book is very good!

I have already purchased "The Fastest Way to Improve Illustration" by Naoki Saito, and I have found it to be a very useful book.

The way to improve your illustration skills the fastest was to draw an original work of art based on the pattern of your ideal illustrator.

However, I didn't know how to draw exactly, so I just followed what I saw and asked myself, "Is this how it should look like? Is this right?" I was always worried about how I should write it.

Finally, I managed to convince myself that "this is about right. I have been repeating this for the past few months...(^^;)

The book that I purchased this time helped me verbalize how to get closer to my ideal picture, and I feel that I have finally found the path to improve my illustrations.

The secret to improving my illustrations that I was looking for... is...

Decide how to draw! I have been looking for the secret to improve my illustration skills.

For example, how to draw eyelashes alone?

What is the direction of the upper eyelash?

What is the shape of the lashes?

What is the shape of the lashes?

What about reflections?

Do you draw the eyelids or not? Do you draw the eyelids or not?

Do you want to blur the shade of the whites of the eyes? To shade the whites of the eyes or not to shade the whites of the eyes?

Highlight? What color?　...and many more etc. etc.　　

There were so many things to think about, and I kept thinking "I didn't think about these things at all (O_O;)".

I was reflecting on it while I was reading the book.

I feel that if I work a little harder, I will be able to see the next view....

I am a very slow grower compared to novelAI because of my electronic brain, but I hope you will continue to watch over me warmly.

Novel AI diffusion subscription

This month, we have subscribed to the Novel AI diffussion Opus plan again.

The reason is for machine learning of composition and mechanical exposure.

I have output about 8,000 images from last month to this month, and I have saved the ones that I think will be useful for my future works. I saved the ones that I thought would be useful for my future work.

After trying many things, I found that at first I thought, "I can draw anything! The new E-Ai NovelAI-chan" is here! but I have come to realize that there are actually quite a few things I am not good at.

The picture pattern is a bit uniform no matter who outputs it, the specified composition does not come out well, or something unintended comes out...

I feel a little closer to NovelAI, knowing that she, like me, has her own difficulties.

I have a lot of drawing materials, so I will continue to subscribe to the service from next month, but I am thinking of dropping my plan.

The appearance of "novelAI-chan" and the regulation of Fanbox? I am going to try to keep my work as normal and cheerful as possible, though there are many things that have been shaking my heart recently, such as the appearance of novelAI and the restrictions on fanboxes.
