I use HERS very affordable and I’ve used Mounjaro, Ozempic, and Wegovy. Just if not more effective for my body. Taylor is 100% correct.

If we had more social services (and places to go) available this would be less of an issue.

2024-11-25 19:05:46 +0000 UTCI was listening to the Reality Bites podcast over the weekend. It’s hosted by 2 reality show producers, and they were breaking down how to make RHONY better. They did a pretty insightful deep dive on exactly how the show is poorly produced. But, get this, they suggested giving us more of a glimpse into Ubah’s personal life as a way of getting the audience more invested — and the idea was to show real people in her life, for example her and Taylor going out for lunch. Never thought I’d heard Tay’s name pop up as part of that conversation, but I’m here for it!

Last few seasons loving her. I do get annoyed that Rebeca minkoff wont drink on camera like I want to know why. Erica didn’t drink her first season on rhobh but she brought in so much from the get go I don’t even notice. Loved the episode always cant wait for Chris take on both eps!!!

I just looked it up to see if it was a known thing and this is what the internet says. Ask Dr. Wider next week! "Taking a small amount of salt at the tip of the tongue immediately prior to a potentially gag activating activity, usually stops gagging. By doing so, it stimulates taste sensors."

I would have just assumed it was for someone else not me; I am just lazy, I know what I need to do, I just need to do it. And it turns out, I have high cholesterol, which they contribute to genetics and my doctor wasn’t even testing for until she referred me elsewhere for GLP1. My PCOS has been helped so much by Wegovy and my doctor would have never suggested it if I hadn’t asked. I am now working out three-four times a week since the spring and actually enjoying it because I’m not obsessing over whether it’s “working” or not.
