1 Like = 1 Fact

Just real quick, next week is the US Holiday of Thanksgiving. So I will be taking next week off.  I have to make turkeys instead of art.  Sorry about that. (That you miss out, mwaha. *Cough*).

I have already started on next week's comics, so I might post them for you guys anyway.

But,  I decided to try doing the 1 like = 1 fact thing that I've seen going around on twitter.  Only the facts might not be about me, they'll probably be about stuff in the comic.

So, I will post them in replies, like away!

Edit: So I realized that Patreon does not email me when people like my stuff (Never noticed before). So I will check back periodically and add to it if I see more likes.

Okay, officially closing this. Thanks for all the likes!

Fact #12. Niixa's form of magic, Arcano-energetic Force, manipulates energies found in the extradimensional region called 'Voutspace' that encompasses conventional three-dimensional space.

Fact #11. Endymion is the 'javamancer', because he is thoroughly addicted to coffee. His colleagues would joke that he turns coffee into Aetheric energy. He likes to drink his coffee black sometimes with two lumps of sugar. Though he's just fine with straight black coffee. He is not a coffee snob, and dislikes special flavors. He just wants regular old coffee.

Fact #10. Endymion cannot cook. He has a negative cooking skill. The characters make fun of him for being able to burn water. This started after an RP session where he accidentally burned dinner while being distracted by Niixa. I stuck with the joke.

Fact #9. I restarted the comic in 2013 because I really wanted to tell the story of Endy, and especially one plot in particular that we did back in 2007. I've been slowly building up to that point. This plot in particular left Endy with severe PTSD in regards to werewolves. He did not get over this fear/PTSD until 2014, when other circumstances messed with his mind.

Fact #8. The story for "The Winds of Change" was actually from a Kaerwyn Role Playing plot "The Winds of Change 2". In that version, Endymion changed into an Anthro Husky, not a Xarax-hil.

Fact #7. Eventually we decided it would be too difficult to introduce the cast over again in Issue 3, so we tied it into the existing plot from Issue 1 and 2. We know it's not seamless and there are some loose ends. We hope to tie those up in the future, or at least try to move past it.

Fact #6. I originally intended to start the comic over at Issue 3, mostly because the first two issues were made back in 2007. It would have been Kaerwyn's second reboot. Foobar hasn't been seen since because he was played by my late husband, who died in 2011. He never liked the lines I wrote for him, so I haven't made the attempt to do so.

Wow. Even in comc time it feels like a lot longer; thinking about it, lines like 'getting used to salting his coffee' do give it away.

Fact #5. Niixa's native language is Xa'Amaen. Niixa's player, Ringtail, constructed an entire language for it.

Fact #4. While Endymion's been a Xarax-hil/raccoon for the past few years because of the comic's pacing, it's only been a few weeks for Endymion.
