As an artistic note, I like this issue because it's so much easier and less time consuming to draw the characters this way. When I break up the flat colors, I usually do so in the following layers: Hair, Body and Clothes. In this case, it's just their bodies. I actually put Endy and Niixa on separate layers instead. But because they're missing the detail of two layers, it makes it a lot easier to color and shade and stuff.
So hopefully this issue will be entertaining and give me some much needed free time.
I'm also enjoying the opportunity to paint the backgrounds.
