Hey guys. This post was supposed to be about development, but plans changed. Today I finally bought a powerful graphics card specifically for rendering. I couldn't wait any longer. There were only a few of them left in the shops and the price was going up every day. I didn't have enough to pay the full amount, so I had to borrow a little. In time I'll pay off this debt. Anyway, when I got home I started to upgrade my 3060 and there was a problem. The new video card is fucking huge and I can't physically install it in my motherboard. I have attached a picture of my current motherboard which is a GIGABYTE Micro ATX. I've marked in red the places where the system cables are plugged in, they won't let me install the card. Unplugging the cables is not an option either, without them the system won't start, total shit. In general, I gave up after several unsuccessful attempts. After some thought I decided that I would have to buy a new motherboard, standard ATX format, as well as a new eight core processor, which would be faster. This would cost another three hundred dollars or so. Once assembled, it will be a stomping system specifically for working with 3D graphics. Right now I can not afford these expenses, I think I can only somewhere at the end of March or early April, I do not know. Anyway, that's it guys. And now I want to say a huge thank you to all of you, my patrons, and those guys who supported me before, especially last year. It was only because of your support that I was able to save up for a graphics card, thank you all very much. And now you can be sure that the game update will be released this year. Visible work will start after the whole system is built. Once again, thank you all very much and have a nice day.PS.
Guys, if you want to help, you can donate a little for the mainboard and processor. That would help me a lot. As a thank you I will mark you all and when I build the system you can ask me for custom art or I will make a mini-scene of the novel in Daz Studio for you. So once again, thank you very much. Oh, while I'm saving up again, I'll continue to finish the remaining locations and work on the sandbox, when I've done all that, I'll start rendering on my current 3060.
