Regarding ~20 mins in, I get sleep paralysis all the time. I had it on the weekend, and I felt like I was being spooned by an demon while it spoke in tongues into my ear and laughed. I could feel its breath, it's touch, and that feeling you get when someone whispers to you. It lasted probably 5 minutes. You can get into sleep paralysis by drinking a heap, and sleeping less than 6 hours, and then going to bed early the next day so that your body catches up on REM sleep. You'll at minimum get fucked dreams and might go into sleep paralysis.
