And in response to Wider’s “all these Democratic-run cities are going up in [marijuana] smoke” (woof), I would also love an equivalent criticism of the rate of fentanyl deaths in red states that have been stripped of crucial social services. If we’re going in hard on drug use, not flaunting bias is a better look.

It’s a personal choice, where people are aware of the risks, the same way people drinking alcohol are aware of the negative effects. I’m so sick of hearing how terrible marijuana is when we hear a lot about over consuming alcohol. 😑
