Today I want to share with you a different post about my daily life😄
As you maybe already know I work out a lot at the gym(4 times a week) and also work there until late. So, I don't have a lot of time in the morning to make elaborate meals but there is no reason to not eat healty and nutritive meals 💪
One of the easy meals I prepare for lunch is the one shown in the photo😄 I used whole wheat pasta with cherry tomatoes, vegan frankfurt and pesto sauce! You can use your favorite pasta, change vegan frankfurts for chicken and add cooking cream! Just put in a pan first the protein (chicken, frankfurts) with a bit of olive oil, then add the cherry tomatoes and the pesto sauce (salt and pepper to taste). Mix all together and include the boiled pasta! Et voilà😄😄😄😄
If you are in strict diet, you can change the pasta for gratted zuchini and it will be delicious too!
As you can see it's easy and nurtitive!! 🤗
