Also wanted to say that I greatly appreciate your reactions so much! I got into kpop relatively recently and whenever I get to listen to new comebacks or new groups I love being able to watch your reactions! It's like I get to relive the first I got to listen to these tracks and I get a deeper appreciation for songs. Also, High Horse on TOP for me

2025-04-29 03:57:10 +0000 UTCThis album to me is such a great conclusion to their trilogy and benchmark to JYP's work in hammering down what mixxpop is. Ever since Dice, I noticed that they've fallen into the habit of having a more widely appealing mixxpop track that's relatively tamer than their b-sides, where they have the room to go nuts. They've mastered the more widely appealing side with High Horse and Know About Me along with the experimental, head-trauma-injury type mixxpop that nswers crave (myself included). And they didn't feel too disconnected from one another either here. I'm glad they're able to remain true to their otherwise insane concept in a way that allows them to 1) continue having stages and award wins with relatively tamer songs and 2) tap into the whiplash, O.O esque type changes that may not draw the attention the group needs.

2025-04-22 22:52:42 +0000 UTCOh I love this album! I think High Horse is my favourite NMIXX song ever, they were SINGIIIIIING Know About Me is perfect. Slingshot made me think about an Itzy bside. I had no idea where the song would take us, it was really interesting! The NMIXX change up was there, I like confusing songs! But I agree it was a lot lmao Golden Recipe was a fun little song!! I loved the strings throughout, I really like it! And Papillon is just pure perfection, Ocean a perfect closer!
