I feel like this season, they purposely want the viewers to get attach to the other casts. When you think about it, our main man is like reliving the experience and trauma in the first season. Which is really sad. He looks helpless but not weak.

Which would make it more threatening than his threat had you believe and why MG Coin/Player 333 lost his shit. Asking someone out "ask her out" vs. SA/sexual assault "make her mine, my bitch, she'll love it". Netflix is playing too much with the translations, damn. Threatening SA is more of an escalation (leading into a fight) than asking for a date. So yeah, mans had to stab Thanos for the greater good. Trivia time: T.O.P did try to self exit before with pills/benzos, so...uh, Thanos is almost literally him (minus the threats about SA, as far as I know, T.O.P didn't do SA, he only did drugs). The Squid Game writer even confirmed that Thanos was written for T.O.P, so it's kind of nuts.
