Added 2024-06-03 16:52:21 +0000 UTCHey guys! Just wanted to ask if we’re still vibing with twinkling watermelon!? Like are you guys still looking forward to the show with me? Just trying to see how many people are interested because the drama is moving a bit slow for me.
I do still enjoy it to a degree, but I’m definitely more into the glory right now.
Of course if the interest is still there we’ll continue and I’ll try to get an episode reaction filmed soon.
Those that have seen it already does it pick up eventually? Some episodes are really good and others I feel drag a bit.
Anyways just wanted to see where everyone was at and if I was the only one feeling that way lol so Let me know! See y’all soon! 💕

For me, I feel like shows like Twinkling Watermelon are like cozy watches for your own time. Maybe not the greatest for reactions since it's more of a slow burn.

Of course, you steer your ship and I am happy with whatever decision you make and whatever we all get into next together. Just saying I'd love to keep seeing this show a second time through your eyes if you are up for more quirky humor, the righting of wrongs, great tension building romantic relationships (plural), and more music. Things definitely get a lot more intense soon and once you start seeing behind the curtain into more characters and the story you'll likely feel invested a lot more. If you like happy endings and full circle moments that aren't very predictable, then keep watching.

It’s not action and drama packed but super feel good and refreshing + heartwarming!! Around the mark you’re at plus a couple more episodes is when it turned around for me and I was super invested in all the characters. Would love for you to continue but don’t feel like you have to!

I agree with others that it probably feels A LOT slower than it otherwise might since you're watching it alongside The Glory, but I think you'll be pleased if you stick it out! You've got some pretty big revelations coming up in the next few eps, so maybe give it a couple more and see how you're feeling? I'll be tuning in for sure, though! It's been so fun to re-watch with you. :)

But it is more on the slower side especially if you're comparing it with the glory. I haven't seen the glory yet because it's too fast paste for me right now lol. So it's all about how you're feeling. And I'll definitaly tune into both, the glory I'll tune into later though for sure. Definally down to you continueing Watermelon, but take a break if you need to. 🧡

I will definitely watch "Twinkling Watermelon" unless you do not feel like it. It's okay. People drop shows a lot for whatever reason. I've dropped shows before, too, but they weren't dramas, they were like...super sentei Japanese shows.
