TOO/TO1 did so well :') For Mansae, I feel like at the time it was the minority opinion but i LOVE this remix of the song, I remember immediately downloading it and listening to it non-stop. It's still in my top 3 queendom/kingdom performances <3 I feel like contemporary concepts are so rare for boy groups :( And ONF,,, , , they slay every song they take on I swear,, the member with red hair and amazing vocals that you pointed out is Hyojin!! ONF's discography is really phenomenal - can't wait for you to see what else they have in store during this show :D As you said - everyone BROUGHT it!!!!

Especially their title tracks from 2020-now after reboot from brighter concept are incredible and Iβm sure youβd enjoy them. I know watching these shows is sometimes a pain in the as s, but it's really worth it, because all the performances are reaaaally good. Thank you as always for the great content!

I feel like Viki / Viu has been a real gamechanger only over the last couple of years, I remember just how common it was to somehow have to find ways to get around kshow123/dramacool/kissasian etc. for the Produce shows in real time and of course other shows like The Unit, Mixnine, and Road to Kingdom as well of course haha. Kpop has changed so much in such a short time - I certainly don't miss those days! Hopefully we can find a different way for this - a drive link or something. I can't wait for you to discover ONF more over the next few episodes! I commented last time as well, but they really stole my heart over the course of this show with how incredibly talented and likeable they are. I thought RTK had incredible performances across the board, and the first round is really indicative of how strong the competition was. Of course we all know the (deserved) winner, but every single group had such solid, heartfelt performances throughout and that's part of the reason why I love this show so much and came away loving all of these groups. For the first round, my favourites were ONF, Golden Child, and TBZ but they all did great!

2024-01-27 17:58:55 +0000 UTCThese performances are amazing, therefore I would like to evaluate. Oneus 9.5/10 Too 10/10 Verivery 8.5/10 golden child 10/10 ONF 9/10. Now let me explain myself lol! Firstly the first two groups really shocked me because even though they were the first to perform, their performances are still very vivid to me, so of course that plays a lot into my ranking. Oneus has always been one of those groups I wanted to get into, and this completely made me want to know each of their names Right now! But i'm not ready to stan another group rn. Maybe when this finishes. I love the concept of the song, the song really suited them. The stage acting was amazing it really told what it needed to tell very well. The bullying scene the fighting scene left an impact. The desks as props was a lot lol. When that guy was on the desk and they threw into that slip my heart dropped cause I was so scared, and when rewatching it I got scared just as much. That whole performance was actually dangerous. The slow-motion fight scene was too cool. And I can just imagine the amount of core and control you need to do something like that especially if you're in the air slow motion JUMPING! I could talk about that performance all day, but NEXT. I thought TOO was no longer a group, but I found out just now that they are. It's because one of the boys was on Boys planet, who I love dearly named Woongi. But now I remember the reason why is because they are TOOO Underrated and that makes me SOOO sad especially after this performance why?! HOw were they rookies?!?! The song they picked is so hard and requires a lot of synchronization and they killed it IT! Rising sun I know is a very impactful song, but I have never heard the whole thing, I just know the chorus and they really showcased how cool this song is with the Sun and flame visuals in the chorography to their powerful vocals... Like how do you have lungs still when you sing like that. And it's not just them of course, but They are ROOKIES! That's why my score is so high because that performance gave out more of I've been doing this for at least 8 years vibe. lol Next Verivery is also growing on me, but out of all the songs this was the least memorable for me, Caitlin don't kill me! All I can remember is the traditional Mansae wave part and the invite to walk together. lol MAnsae is one of my favorite seventeen songs and they arranged the song so differently. The way that they did it sounded cool, but the flow confused me lmao. But then again that could be a good thing, because I really couldn't predict what would happen next. The vocals of course were amazing, honestly, I don't think it's fair all the groups are so stable vocally. NEXT Goldin child keep surprising me their performance was very much my style. I love all the feathers they showed a lot of shocking beautiful imagery. The intro to finish really moved me and gave me chills. Their vocals were too good, I'm Shooked! I could watch that perforce over and over again, it was really moving like you said. LAstly ONF ummm they are too cool. And the "everybody" in the beginning scared me!!! They completely changed the song, but I would still listen to that version. At first I wasn't so sure about this one mainly because the chorography was just not as impactful as the other groups, the only thing that stands out is the crumping to skin reveal lol, but for the most part the whole performance was very individual, and they didn't dance together that much. That's not really a bad thing, I just personally I really like it when performances show togetherness, while members still stand out. After rewatching it I realized How impactful the rearrangement of that song was making it really be up there for me. I think this arrangement was the best if not second best so far. EVERyBODY keeps repeating in my mind. IT was so good. And they became kings to fit the concept, which I like...but kings of evil spirits is kind of sus ngl. But overall ranking for me based on preference is 1. Oneus 2.TOO, 3. Golden child 4. ONF 5. VERI Sorry Verivery. But my ranking prediction is 1. ONF 2. Verivery 3. Oneus 4. Golden child 5. TOO. 4 and 5 can also be flipped. Sorry for the essay this is fun for me I'm watching this for the first time. Thank you for the reaction!! Whoever reads this ILY

I actually like all of the groups here to some extent but ONF is the group that's up there for me because of their discography (Sung Hanbin from ZB1's audition song from Boys Planet was a ONF song actually). I wish more people would pay attention to (most of) these groups more although it's too late now for TOO since they already disbanded and who know's what's Pentagon's status as a group. Anyways, thank you for the reaction Caitlin! I think as a collective we should all look for a better site for her to watch this show on coz the site she's on be testing her patience fr. Hahaha!

Wyatt was the krumping guy who ripped his jacket open. You're going to fall in love with these guys in the coming episodes. They are good friends with Pentagon. Not to mention Yuto and Yuto, i.e. U and Yuto. I completely forgot that MK suggested Monsta X and I almost cried. MK was in the competition that formed Monsta X. He got eliminated and it was absolutely devastating for everyone. He still loves them, I see. I think MK has one of the most unique voices in the K-Pop industry. Nobody sounds like ONF.

2024-01-26 22:21:23 +0000 UTCI know it was a struggle to watch this show when it aired so I feel for you but it's such a good show even with bogus eliminations. I love seeing who everyone views as kings of kpop and getting the diversity of first, second and third gen songs. ONF say their name as On and Off (and its main vocal Hyojin that caught your attention). I knew of The Boyz, Oneus and was primarily was watching because of Pentagon but ONF really stole the show for me especially with this performance, so now feel lucky as a Fuse to see them on their tour in Canada soon. Also Golden Child are so talented but have the unfortunate pleasure of being under Woollim who make amazing groups... just horrible with promoting.
