Lefty's v0.2.2 Optimization Test

The game now runs (by default) in windowed 1280 x 720p resolution. This improves loading times and reduces memory usage while (slightly) reducing image quality. Please let me know if you find any bugs (or even better, if you don't!)
This will be the new standard for Lefty's (assuming it all works correctly) going forward!
