i love to sleep in pinch dark with no noise. i even have black out curtains BUT i do need a fan on since i like it cold lol

2023-02-24 02:31:47 +0000 UTCI definitely need white noise. I always have my fan going in my room. The level of darkness doesn't have any effect on me. I can go pitch black or with a light. However, if I'm staying at a hotel, I need a little light, with the fan going and I also where earbuds to sleep. I don't know why I started doing that but I think it helps me sleep better when I'm not home.

2023-02-14 18:26:12 +0000 UTCSince you asked, I'm the opposite! While I don't need absolute silence and dark to sleep, if there is noise, I find it easier to fall sleep if it isn't dark. When I was in college, I had a roommate who used to talk to her boyfriend on the phone late at night. I couldn't understand what she was saying, because they were talking in Mandarin, but if it was dark, I couldn't sleep, but if a light was on, I could drift off. No idea why; that's just the way it was.
