actually its a company policy that you cant take pics with the members unless previously approved (Back when they were still new it was fine but now that they are soooo HUGE its pretty DANGEROUS plus like sassaengs and stuff like that) the company has to approve the pictures its for safety reason cause if a fan posted a pic with a member it could become to crowded and be dangerous not only for the members but also the fans and yes also because they don't want to leak the locations of BV before its released but the guys love taking pictures with ARMY and fans but yeah they are just not allowed its really sad but it is what it is.

BTS wouldn't mind taking photos they are fine with it BUT if you run into them during Bon Voyage filming they will say no cause they don't wanna leak Bon Voyage locations. So that's why they say no in BV filmings. I don't think they would say no to encounter outside of that.

all the members were in it except the gcf Tokyo it was only jimin and jk. Also the 3J practice.

Gosh...I want to suggest you watch JK's GCF film, GCF Helsinki...it's gorgeous. I would've sworn I remember RM being in it, but maybe I'm wrong. (BTW, all of JK's GCF films are beautiful)

I hope you doing better and figure out your filming issues. Wish I can help but I'm not that good at tech stuff. 😅 You just got introduced to a inside joke of bts/army. Sorry important business! 😂 They usually say it when they are filming things and also safety issues . It can get crowded and they are staying there. Yes unfortunately Namjoon has to leave but if I remember right he was able to get inspired and wrote a song I can't remember what song it was ? 😆 He was able to ride the ship but when they are at the airport area . He can't leave the gate to enter Finland where they were going . I guess his travel documents are not accepted there. Sorry I hope that made sense maybe someone can explain it better😅 They will show it bit more in the next episode.

BTS was in Europe for a photoshoot in their earlier years. Before their Summer/Winter packages, it was called Now 1/2/3. Their Now 2 package was in Europe. You can look it up on Google. The photos are really nice too.

Oh, yes! Another episode! This one is so good and wholesome and then super sad :( They lose EVERYTHING. Poor boys. The behind the scenes of this one is super funny. I can't with them and games.
