Heidi Ewing is an up and coming TV personality who is hoping to land a deal to start her own cooking show. As the President of Howard's Hill Home Improvement Association, she is more or less the de facto leader of the community. She is participating in a month-long Halloween fest as a way to bring more publicity to the community and to help her brand.
She decided on Lady Liberty as her costume. Lady Liberty has a torch that turns into a flame sword and a tablet that can morph into a shield. Lady Liberty is also the leader of The Paragons, the group of women who are participating in the Halloween festivities. But will Heidi be able to lead The Paragons against an unknown menace that might destroy them all?
