This is what Transformers movies really should have been. Bay's movies are nonsensical and get even more with every new instance. Unfortunately, the reception of this new iteration was so poor that it didn't get the franchise going. I don't know if the audience was numb after all the FX and awful storytelling of the latest Bay movies. Just the intro of this movie beats all five previous movies.
