1) Not a budget issue at all. Because of one character (we all know who), it's pretty obvious is everything about animation style is a deliberate choice and has nothing to do with budget. 4) Like every other song or OST in this show were written for the show. (like in other most popular shows)

2025-10-17 09:10:48 +0000 UTCYeah, who that, is right. Everyone is suspect. He'll be back. The idol bit, she looks a lot like Hatsune Miku (same colors). The tone changes kinda give you whiplash - the zombie bit. But it all comes together...soon, in 10...12..15 eps. There are better arcs coming and the end. This series does good in upping the ante.

2025-10-17 06:00:22 +0000 UTCSo few things: 1) The 3D will not be back for a while, won't say when so that it remains a surprise. I imagine it was a budgetary reason, that style mixing couldn't have been cheap even for a Chinese studio. 2) Nice catch that the concert at the end was the same one from Episode 7. Or at least I presume it is, same stadium and same year. 3) You are correct that this arc is one more episode, after that the next three arcs are 2 episodes each. You've already met your next focus character. 4) Just a bit of a fun fact, every version of My Color that was sung in these last two episodes is its own unique track on the soundtrack including a version with zero instruments and just the vocal. Every Hero has their own theme song, "My Color" is Lucky Cyan's. Nice's is "Paragon" and E-Soul's is "Neon Rain". The track "Jeopardy" which has played twice thus far is basically what I refer to as the "peak incoming" track as it has the tendency to be played during pivotal scenes. 5) Also, did anyone else notice the odd subtitles with no voiceover? I watched the whole thing in Chinese so maybe that's just a quirk of the Japanese and/or English dubs omitting audio in those spots for some reason.
