For the Santa Claus thing, it is kinda just fun babble, but Delta was following what Cid was saying. Delta wants Cid to reward her for killing Juggernaut of the Black Tower (Black Jugga Jugga), and wants "anything" she wants. Cid put rules on the reward and brought up Santa Claus cause he can't give her "anything" like how the myth goes. But went off on a tangent describing him as a Demon Lord who didn't give him his wish (to be eminence), Delta see's the flaw in Cid's logic that since he isn't giving her whatever she wants he's being just like this "Demonic Santa Claus who doesn't grant wishes". :P
